The desire to know why something is the way it is or how it is made drives me to try some pretty crazy things.
Over the years, I’ve noticed myself enjoying things and saying, “Mm! This root beer is really good!” or, “Wow! I really like the way this soap lathers.” or even, “How do they make this pizza taste so good when everything I make at home tastes like cardboard?!”
I HAVE to know the answer. So I research and research some more, draw all my compiled knowledge together, and then begin experimenting.
